Sacramento River National Wildlife Refuge ↔ Pine Creek Unit

Vaughn the Road Again travel blog

We enjoyed the most beautiful walk on the nature trail loop at the Pine Creek Unit of the Sacramento River National Wildlife Refuge!

It was a cloudy day (my favorite kind!) and there were plenty of birds to keep us company as the clouds drifted overhead. We didn't encounter a single person during our two hour walk and it was a great place to reconnect with nature. I already can't wait to go back!
